Some old stuff

Just searching some sketchbooks from the start of the year and found a silly poem and some drawings which made me laugh.

The poem goes:

A glittering gallop down the stairs,
For moonlit dancing at the Earl’s,
This most enthralling party wears,
Its make up, skirts and strings of pearls,
But oh, what subtle bodily hair:

They might be boys, they might be girls.
